Diarrhea remedies


Acute diarrhea is the body’s attempt to rid itself of toxins,irritants,or infection in the intestinal tract. Diarrhoea can be especially serious in young children because it can quickly cause dangerous dehydration.

      Prevent dehydration

increasing fluid intake will prevent dehydration.Drink up to 10 glasses of fluids daily.Try 250ml of apple juice in 500ml of water.it helps to replace lost potassium and is easily absorbed.

·         herbal tea catnip eases abdominal cramps and the emotional tension that may contribute to diarrhoea.Peppermint helps expel wind and calms intestinal spasms.Rasberry leaf contains astringent compounds called tannins, which soothe intestinal inflammation.
500ml boiling water
2 teaspoons dried catnip
2 teaspoons dried peppermint
2 teaspoons dried raspberry leaf
pour the water over the herbs. Cover ,and steep for 15 minutes. strain sweeten if desired,and drink 125ml every hour.

How to Cure Coughs Naturally ???



Colds, flu, allergies, or irritation of the bronchial of the tube are the primary causes of coughs . Coughs that bring up mucus should not be suppressed because the body is trying to expel mucus and bacteria from the lungs. Dry coughs ,however, are generally non-productive and only further irritate the bronchi.

scoop up half a teaspoon of honey and add a squeeze of lemon.Let it dissolve slowly in your mouth before swallowing.Repeat when needed.

·         Onion and honey syrup



the resins in onions are expectorant and antimicrobial.honey helps loosen congestion. finely chop a large onion, cover with honey and warm in a covered pot over a low heat for 40 minutes. Store in a glass bottle in the refrigerator. take half to one teaspoon every 15 to 30 minute until the cough is relieved.

·         Ease a cough with peppermint oil



Peppermint’s strong menthol scent breaks up congestion and helps ease spasmodic coughing. Dab a drop of peppermint oil under you’re your nose. if your skin is sensitive, dilute the oil with an equal amount of vegetable oil. For young children, place a drop or two of oil on a pyjama collar or pillow instead of the skin.

Nature Remedies for Head Ache



Tension headaches are cause by  anxiety, nervous  tension, eyestrain ,poor posture or tight muscles in the shoulders or neck

Migraine headaches are caused by an expansion of blood vessels in the head.
headaches can also be cause by cold and the flu, allergies.digestive problems.

herbal tea for tension headaches

Ginger decreases the production of pain-causing chemicals in the body.Chamomile and linden are mild relaxants that help ease emotional and physical tension.

250ml(8fl oz) water
1 teaspoon fresh chopped ginger root
1 teaspoon dried chamomile
1 teaspoon dried linden flower

Simmer the ginger in the water in a covered pot for 5 minutes.Remove from from the heat.
Add the chamomile and linden and steep for 10 minutes.strain, sweeten the tea if desired , and drink it hot.

 Laverder  massage

Massage with a couple of drops of laverder essential oil

·         Footbath for headache relief


To help relieve a headache, try immersing your feet in a bucket of water(as hot as you can stand it) for 15 minutes.at the same time, wring out a cloth in ice water and place the cold compress on your forehead,temples, back of the neck,or wherever the pain is concentrated.hot water dilates blood vessels and increases blood flow thithe feet,while the cold compress constricts blood vessels in the head,reducing the volume of blood flow and thereby reducing pain.
